starting a new year with a brief reminder of our break on the north Antrim coast. No better place for a family walk than White Rocks beach with its giant sandhill and stunning views. God bless for 2019.

coast from Larrybane
last weekend I walked the coastal path all the way from Larrybane beside the Carrick-a-rede rope bridge to Dunseverick harbour. Lots of wildlife along the way – seals & dolphins playing in Whitepark bay and pretty sure we saw some whales as well! Sadly no photographic evidence of the wildlife but these were my favourite shots.
evening sunshine on Dunseverick
there is a fantastic coastal path starting at the ruins of Dunseverick castle and going west towards the Giants Causeway. Views as you can see are amazing especially on a late July evening. Just beautiful.
Sunsetting on Ballintoy
just back home after a single night on the north coast. It was beautiful last night – stopped off in Ballintoy as it got close to 10pm for the sunset.
It’s Friday but Sunday’s coming.
Good Friday seems the right time to post pictures of new (or fairly new) born lambs taken on the north Antrim coast.
It is after all the day we remember that Jesus was “led like a lamb to the slaughter”. Whilst looking forward to Easter Sunday morning.
