Dunblane cathedral…
a few more shots around Dunblane Cathedral. A very poignant memorial to the 16 children & 1 teacher who died in March 1996 in the primary school. Taken from the perspective of a child.
Dunblane cathedral
spent last Monday afternoon wandering around Dunblane cathedral. and 1000 years of history. Last time I was there it was wet and grey, what a contrast – this time the winter sunshine poured through the stained glass.
Wallace monument, Stirling.
Just back from a long weekend visiting Sarah at Stirling University. Brilliant family weekend. Beautiful campus centred on a lake – and the Wallace monument can be seen from almost everywhere.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC
I took these shots last June on a long weekend in NYC. A little different from my usual. Images of the human face created 100’s – 1000s of years ago.
Ballintoy church
I have been hoping to get a shot of the church from this angle for a long time. I took this just a few weeks ago when the winter sun was low in the sky.
