whilst the colour of the leaves tell us autumn is upon us, the sun today for once seems to be still thinking of summer. However it will soon be October and whilst they still hang on, the leaves of the maple in our back garden are beautiful in the evening light.
These blooms will very soon be just a memory like summer. Thanks to my next door neighbour Marjorie for her gardening.
